DMCI Homes marks another milestone with the latest completion of La Verti Residences, the Triple-A property builder’s maiden venture in condo-development within the famous university hub along Taft Avenue in Manila.

This newest addition to the developer’s growing portfolio is an indication of its expanding market which will now also cater to college students who wish to venture out on their own and try to live away from the family home for the first time.

La Verti’s South Tower, the second building to rise out of this high-rise project, has already been completed recently and is now being turned over to homebuyers who have aptly expressed their satisfaction over the property’s timely delivery.

One such group of homebuyers are Mr. and Mrs. Rubin and Nisa Cura, who have bought a two-bedroom unit for their 18-year old son Justin. Justin, a first-year Industrial Engineering student at De La Salle University-Manila is now looking forward to moving in to his unit, which is bound to make his college life more convenient and a lot easier, too.

“I really like the condo living experience here because it saves me from what used to be hours-long commute from our residence in ParaƱaque going to Vito Cruz in Manila,” shared Justin. “Now, school is just one LRT or jeepney ride away. I can use the extra time to rest or do school work.” 

Though he admits he will miss home, Justin preferred living in a condo for college since it will allow him to focus more on his studies in the comforts of a homey ambiance, as well as practice independent living.

As for his parents, they were actually the ones who handpicked La Verti Residences from among several other condominium units they inspected along the Taft Avenue area. The newly-built, 29-storey condominium in Valencia Hills, Quezon City held a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the developer’s staff, clients and guests.

The event signaled the upcoming turnover of the units, which is scheduled on January 2016. This will cap off the condominium, which began construction back in 2012. Finishing works are currently being completed in time for the turnover.
