DMCI Homes' Verdon Parc: 3-hectare project rises in Davao City

Right in the heart of Davao City, the three-hectare Verdon Parc has been added to the city’s panoramic landscape.  It is a development by DMCI Homes.

Alfredo Austria, DMCI president, led the inauguration of the clubhouse last May 20. He also led the turnover of units to the first batch of homeowners of mid-rise Martel condo units that were completed as scheduled.

Austria said that the developer’s value proposition is that they always make sure the investors get the value of money stressing that “if we cannot offer something better, we might as well not do it.”

He was referring to land developers who have their eyes on this fast growing city with a population of 1,632,291.  The city posted a 63 percent investment growth after its former mayor Rodrigo Duterte became the country’s president.

Aside from the mid-rise Martel, three high rise towers – Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin – are now being constructed.  All towers have lounges designed to provide a perfect setting for appreciating the scenic and serene surroundings of Davao City.

Verdon Parc is a three-hectare community, with one hectare allotted to lush greeneries. Amenities are complete with lap pool, kiddie pool and swimming pools.
